Wearable Arts

TALOFA!

Today I'm here to the you about Wearable Arts. Some people might say what is wearable arts? Well that's easy wearable arts is CLOTHING. Now I'm going to tell you about why we went to see the wearable arts & the story behind some of the art. Today Alana said to the class: "We're going to the Museum to look at some wearable art to help you with our concept curriculum which is perspective." After that when went for a walk  through town and within 5-10 minutes we were at the Museum! When we got to the wearable arts exhibition I was amazed in two outfits especially. One of them was called the firebird, I like this one because it had a different varieties of colours like pink and an amazing blues and baby greens, it looked beautiful! The second one was made by Emma Whiteside and the title was Queen Adelaide. I found her dress appealing because of the effort and time put in to making it. Did you know that when making the cooper fans on Queen Adelaide's dress took Emma maybe just over 300 hours!!! I know that's ... WOW!
Here are the picutres injoy until next time...BYE

 This is Queen Adelaide.

 This is the Firebird.
